Can you paint over wallpaper?

We do not recommend painting over wallpaper. Seams show through, and trapped moisture causes peeling. Proper removal and wall preparation deliver a far better, longer-lasting finish.
Will wallpaper removal damage my walls?

Some minor drywall damage is common during removal. We repair small tears and gouges as part of the process so walls are smooth and ready for paint.
